Expect the Unexpected Supper Club feat. Chef Edward Lee
Bourbon & Beyond would like to invite you to kick-off our festival weekend with Chef Ed Lee & Friends at the “Expect the Unexpected” dinner, hosted by Falls City Market at the Omni Hotel. The Falls City Market is an emporium of eateries and shops all under one roof- where guests can delight in a variety of dishes made from the finest and freshest ingredients! We’ve tasked some of Louisville’s most innovative chefs to “cook outside of their comfort zone” and prepare delicious dishes in a dine-around setting.
Ticket Price includes a small plate serving from six of Bourbon and Beyond’s favorite chefs. Guests will be able to sample the unique flavors of what Falls City Market has to offer, as the chefs helm signature stations like the El Toro taco truck and Iron Quarter pizza oven and impart their signature style and flair.

Annie Pettry will challenge her vegetable-forward sensibility and take a turn at Bridges BBQ
Superchef Darnell Ferguson will man the El Toro Taco Truck
Butcher Babe Loreal Gavin will try out her pizzaiola skills as she takes over Iron Quarter Brick-Oven Pizza
Jonathan Searle will jump in with his bamboo sushi rolling mat as he takes over Chop & Roll Sushi Bar
To close the evening, Chef Jackie of the Omni will create some sweet treats & a takeaway gift to thank you and remind you of the fun that is yet to come!
Passed cocktails and beverages will be provided throughout the event, including two signature bourbon cocktails that can also be found at Bourbon and Beyond’s famous Big Bourbon Bar
