We've tasked some of Louisville's most innovative chefs to"cook outside of their comfort zone" and prepare delicious dishes in a dine-around setting. Chefs will helm signature stations like the El Toro taco truck and Iron Quarter pizza oven and will impart their signature style and flair. The twist, is that we’re asking them to reach deep down and be Beyond creative. Renowned, award-winning chef Edward Lee will go out of his element to helm the pastry station, Annie Pettry will challenge her vegetable-forward sensibility and take a turn at BBQ. Superchef Darnell Ferguson will man the taco truck and we’ll ask Butcher Babe Loreal Gavin to try out her pizzaiola skills. HiCotton Hospitality’s Andrew McCabe will trade his pizza peel for a bamboo sushi rolling mat as he takes over Chop & Roll.
