Get ready to take your spirits knowledge to a whole new level. Roll up your sleeves, make some bourbon and, at the end of the day, become a Certified Bourbon Steward. This day-long workshop is held at Moonshine University®, an artisan distillery and education center located in downtown Louisville, Kentucky and combines classroom instruction and hands-on bourbon distilling. Instruction includes an analysis of the individual components of the distillate from a production perspective, as well as an examination of history and bourbon’s relationship to other whiskeys. Upon the successful completion of the open book test to close the day, participants will be Certified Bourbon Stewards and receive a Stave & Thief Society membership pin.
